Focused product scope
We concentrate on membership, access, and venue operations rather than trying to be a generic software house for unrelated products.
We are a Finland-based software company focused on membership, access, and day-to-day operations for hotels, clubs, spas, and other venue-led businesses.
Btor Oy develops Arinda, a membership platform designed for venues that need a branded member experience and practical operational control.
Our work focuses on the parts of hospitality membership that are usually spread across separate tools: member onboarding, tier and benefit management, notices, visit registration, and access control.
Arinda combines those functions into one platform with a member app and an admin portal, so venues can manage the experience from both the guest side and the operational side.
Arinda has been developed in close collaboration with a spa and wellness venue operating within a highly regarded five-star hotel in Helsinki. This collaboration brings extensive practical experience in membership-based services into day-to-day product decisions.
We keep the company intentionally focused. That means direct communication, a narrow product scope, and close attention to how the software is actually used in venue operations.
We aim to be easy to evaluate: clear scope, direct contact, and public company information instead of vague positioning.
We concentrate on membership, access, and venue operations rather than trying to be a generic software house for unrelated products.
Customers and prospects speak directly with the people responsible for the product and the company.
Product decisions are guided by how venues actually manage members, benefits, access, and day-to-day administration.
